TOS Field Tag Platform is operated by TOS Field Tag Platform ("we", "us", or "our") at tosfield.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform. By using TOS, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect your company name, email address, phone number, and billing information. When you use the platform, we store the data you enter including client records, unit details, service visit history, technician profiles, and NFC tag URLs. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
We use your information to operate and improve the TOS platform, process your subscription payments through Stripe, send transactional emails related to your account, display service history on public NFC scan pages, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
When you register a unit and program an NFC tag, the associated scan page is publicly accessible to anyone who scans that tag. The scan page displays equipment details and service history as entered by your company. You control what information appears on scan pages through your dashboard. Do not enter sensitive personal information in service records intended for public display.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We use row-level security policies to ensure your company data is only accessible to authenticated users in your account. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request early deletion by contacting us at contact@tosfield.com. NFC tag scan pages become inactive when a unit is deleted or your account is closed.
TOS uses the following third-party services to operate the platform. Supabase for database and authentication. Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing. Vercel for hosting and deployment. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.
You have the right to access the data we hold about your account, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and export your service records. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@tosfield.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TOS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
